Install DarkRP and DarkRP Modification from the panel's Add-ons page, pick the darkrp gamemode in the configuration, then add your Workshop collection for the content. Your jobs and settings live in DarkRP Modification.

Create a collection on the Steam Workshop, copy the number at the end of its address and paste it into the server configuration. The add-ons are downloaded at startup, and players get them straight from Steam.

From missing Counter-Strike: Source or other Source game content. Turn it on server-side from the panel; your players also need to own or install that content.

Run the scan from the panel's Security page. It flags each suspicious file with the line involved: Lua run on the fly, downloaded code, hidden code. The game's own files are skipped to avoid false alarms. A flag is not proof: if in doubt, download the add-on again from the official Workshop.

The maximum is set in the configuration. In practice, what limits a GMod server is add-ons, scripts and entities: a busy DarkRP needs far more resources than a Sandbox with the same number of players. The processor often runs out before the memory does.

You can enter your FastDL server address (sv_downloadurl) in the configuration. With a Workshop collection, players download add-ons from Steam and FastDL is often unnecessary.

The trial plan gives you a real server for 48 hours, free of charge. It is deleted at the end: download a backup first to get your files back on your paid server.
